At Paws& Purposes, we understand that every cat has their own taste—and we want both you and your furry friend to be happy with your order. Whether it’s a flavor issue, a damaged item, or just a change of mind, we’ve got you covered with a flexible and transparent return and exchange policy.


🕒 Return Window

You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 14 days of receiving your item. This includes the time it takes for the item to reach our warehouse.


🔁 What Can Be Returned or Exchanged

Eligible for return/exchange/refund:

  • Rose Gold 1KG

Not eligible for return:

  • Trial sizes (Rose Gold 250G)
  • Freeze-dried snack series
  • Gift cards
  • Accessories
  • Clearance/sale items

✅ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please ensure the following:

  • Item must be in its original condition — unopened.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • For opened kibble, up to 90% partial refund will be issued (as long as the product is returned in good condition).

For New & Unopened Packaging:

  • You’ll receive a 100% refund once we receive and inspect the item.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

For Opened Packaging:

  • You’ll receive up to 90% partial refund (According to the remaining).
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.

🍗 Flavor Exchange

Not vibing with the flavor? No worries!

  • Contact us via WhatsApp and we’ll arrange a flavor exchange (limited to eligible products).
  • Our team will walk you through the simple steps.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Use your local postal service with standard shipping.
  • Keep the proof of postage until we confirm receipt.
  • Return shipping fees will be covered by the customer unless the product is faulty.

📸 Faulty or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Email us at [email protected]
  2. Include a brief description and photo of the defect.
  3. Our team will assess the situation and advise you on the next steps.
    (In some cases, returning the item might not be necessary.)

📦 Important Notes

  • All returns remain your responsibility until received at our warehouse.
  • Please include your original invoice or order reference in the return package, if possible.
  • Returns take 4–6 business days to process once received.
